First Baptist Church is blessed to have Pastor Charlie and Louan Bagley to lead our congregation on their journey with Christ. Relocating from Florida to accept their new ministry placement here FBC Scottsbluff, Pastor Charlie and Louan have ministered to church bodies in Florida and Georgia. Pastor Charlie’s has studied at the State University of New York, Johnson University (Florida) and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. Louan has studied at Georgia College in Milledgeville and earned her Masters from Walden University. She recently retired from a 30 year teaching career as a Christian School teacher. Pastor Charlie and Louan show their strength in God’s love by teaching, training, and praying for God’s Kingdom to grow here Western Panhandle.
